Daily Pre-start Maintenance Points
Basic Status Check: Verify that the power supply, air lines, and grounding connections are secure; ensure the clamping fixture is not loose or misaligned; and check the machine's exterior for obvious impact damage.
Work Area Cleanup:Clear away residual metal dust and grinding debris from the workspace to prevent foreign matter from entering the machine's drive mechanisms.
Operational Status Check: Run the machine idle for a short period to check for abnormal noise, excessive temperature rise, or system alarm alerts.

Weekly Routine Maintenance Points
Comprehensive Cleaning: Use a mild detergent and a soft-bristled brush to wipe down the entire machine, following the grain of the components; remove dirt accumulated in crevices to prevent dust buildup from affecting performance.
Critical Component Inspection:Inspect fasteners, cables, hydraulic hoses, and lubrication points; replenish lubricant as needed; and check for signs of wear, looseness, or leaks.
Wear Part Inspection and Replacement:Assess the condition of consumables such as diamond-cut wheels, polishing wheels, and sanding belts; replace any components that show excessive wear.
